Don't let the space bugs bite!

Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Always Anti-fascist!

Aw, Hec, with the silver tongue.(Not like Jedidah Springfield's one.)

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Thanks, erika. Now I'm all creeped out. There's few things squickier than disembodied tongue prostheses.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

There's few things squickier than disembodied tongue prostheses.

What about Tycho Brahe's silver nose?

And why has that never been a song title? Fuck, that would've been perfect for Guided By Voices.

Heh. When you google, the second hit is: "Tycho Brahe Homepage. With summary, his observations, death, nose, castle."

"Death, nose, castle" would also make an excellent song title.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Oh connie, all the ~ma in the world to you and DH.

ION, the universe can stop using me for a punching bag too. I've very few places on my body that remain unbruised. My car was hit in Best Buy's parking lot this evening. Nothing major--I saw the whole thing happen and the 17 y/o girl was terrified because it was her first accident--but the inconvenience is just one more thing on top of the rest.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Sending out the ma~~ to connie and her DH starting now- at 630 moutian time I will be sleeping, but the ma~~ should continue.

If DH and I had a child - I would have to make a major brainshift not to be the gatekeeper. of course, he has the same mechanism in his head ( example: after ariving home late - he tried to give me cooking advice, which was not going quite as planned because.... he was late) ( I,of course, never fuss about hm trying to do a chore before I was planning on doing it) ( did you believe me?) However, knowing we both have control issues would help. I also think I would be ok with being a stay at home mom- as long as I knew there was some time just for me. But, I am guessing DH would be the better parent in the early years. I also think I might have to be the rule enforcer. that would suck.

and know you have my ramblings on parenting.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Oh, connie, all good thoughts to your hubby and to you.

Good grief, Maria, that's just mean. Universe, enough is enough already!

And Raquel is incredibly gorgeous. And warm, and funny, and witty as hell.

meara - Feb 16, 2005 8:06:38 pm PST #1571 of 10001

Raquel is definitely gorgeous.

I went to a burlesque show tonight! At our main drag king club, they've just started a show once a month, and this was the first one. It was quite neat, though I was amused that most of the acts ended with a girl in tassles, hands over her head, jiggling. It was very '70s, somehow.

Was less amused that the cute girl I was flirting with told me she was flattered, but wouldn't come home with me. I WASN"T OFFERING, SWEETIE!!

ION, the catalog portion of school's library website is down. I realize it's like the middle of the night and all, but still...isn't that when most students do their work???
