I do like Medium; sometimes Arquette is a little to flat-emotioned for me, but I like that she has to work around a lot of RW issues, and it's not psychic-in-a-vaccuum.
Liese, that you even THINK about working out the equations is more mathy than I. I wonder where the Indian potential-GF from Ep 1 went. Did she get a new job or something, cause I thought she would be a regular.
And would that female FBI agent please COMB HER GODDAMN HAIR. She can tie her shirt in a fancy way, but her hair seriously looks like she's been on a three-day bender in Mexico and got gum in her hair.
Erin, were you as creeped out by the
Hyatt Skywalk
reference as I was?
I think
Medium
can be interesting, but I find her character very cranky and off-putting. What, did God give her psychic powers by removing her sense of humor?
My HS auditorium was built by the same people, and they made the same structural boo-boo to our catwalks.
COMB HER GODDAMN HAIR.
OMG, yes! When they were walking in to meet with Big Whosis, I kept thinking, you know, if she really looked this unprofessional, no one would ever take her seriously. This from me, with the belief that grooming is overrated in general! Heh.
I am not bossy. I am anti-bossy. If I were a boss, I'd be the worst boss ever. I have spent a reasonable amount of time in my professional life trying not to get promoted into a position that would result in being a boss. And I suspect that if I ever were a boss, I would be the bossiest boss ever in overcompensation. And then I would have to micromanage, because everyone except me is incompetent, and then my hair would grow into points and that would just be bad.
Mentioning the Hyatt to anyone of a certain age in KC still gets highly freaked out "I remember where I was..." reactions. It was such a horrible thing...and so preventable.
That company went bankrupt, didn't it, Aurelia? Which high school?
And yeah, PA's character IS pretty humorless. And I wish we had more background on how long she's been psychic; it seems like when her kids have events, we'd hear about her childhood, you know?
But her husband? I think he's hot. It seems to me he must be Austrailian, or else he's got a hella weird American accent.
Which high school?
Ruskin. The company probably did go bankrupt from all the lawsuits.
Jake "Mr. Yummy" Weber. He was born in England. Very good stage actor.

I keep looking for evidence that he's Dustin Hoffman's love child (it's the voice and the nose). I think I discovered that he was born in England, and that he attended college in the US. I have no info on his location during the intervening years.
