Giles: I jump out of the circle, jump back in, and, and, shake my gourd. Buffy: Hey, I think I know this ritual. The ancient shamans were next called upon to do the Hokey-Pokey and to turn themselves around.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I think Medium can be interesting, but I find her character very cranky and off-putting. What, did God give her psychic powers by removing her sense of humor?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

My HS auditorium was built by the same people, and they made the same structural boo-boo to our catwalks.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

COMB HER GODDAMN HAIR.

OMG, yes! When they were walking in to meet with Big Whosis, I kept thinking, you know, if she really looked this unprofessional, no one would ever take her seriously. This from me, with the belief that grooming is overrated in general! Heh.

I am not bossy. I am anti-bossy. If I were a boss, I'd be the worst boss ever. I have spent a reasonable amount of time in my professional life trying not to get promoted into a position that would result in being a boss. And I suspect that if I ever were a boss, I would be the bossiest boss ever in overcompensation. And then I would have to micromanage, because everyone except me is incompetent, and then my hair would grow into points and that would just be bad.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Mentioning the Hyatt to anyone of a certain age in KC still gets highly freaked out "I remember where I was..." reactions. It was such a horrible thing...and so preventable.

That company went bankrupt, didn't it, Aurelia? Which high school?

And yeah, PA's character IS pretty humorless. And I wish we had more background on how long she's been psychic; it seems like when her kids have events, we'd hear about her childhood, you know?

But her husband? I think he's hot. It seems to me he must be Austrailian, or else he's got a hella weird American accent.

Ruskin. The company probably did go bankrupt from all the lawsuits.

Jake "Mr. Yummy" Weber. He was born in England. Very good stage actor.

I keep looking for evidence that he's Dustin Hoffman's love child (it's the voice and the nose). I think I discovered that he was born in England, and that he attended college in the US. I have no info on his location during the intervening years.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Co-worker and I just snarked so hard we drew an audience. He'll pay for calling me grandma, the whippersnapper, and he'll darned well learn how to pronounce my name right.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

ok, I made guesses for the resume. To the best of my memory, I am not lying.

ION, said resume now submitted for actual positions with actual people. crossing fingers and toes that I at least get interview experience out of this first wave.

I think I completed 80-90% of my to-do lists today so I should go home soon.

Yes! Before you hit 100%, or .. or ... wait, what happens when one does everything on one's to do list?
