Every nightmare I have that doesn't revolve around academic failure or public nudity is about that thing. In fact, once I dreamt that it attacked me while I was late for a test and naked.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Seriously, I think we need a Boss-Off. Put them in a city neither of them has ever spent much time, and see who wins.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Steph is funny. I was apparently on good behaviour when we met.

I think you were -- it was just a month after 9/11, and I think all the New Yorkers weren't quite themselves. But I remember that you were So! Fun!, and riding the Staten Island Ferry with you and Tom and Trudy. Somewhere I have a picture of that.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

There's just something wrong about the fact that a 19¢ pack of Ramen noodles tastes better than the canned noodle soup I had for lunch today. For 19¢ stuff should taste like rice cakes.

Also, all my post-college friends that griped endlessly about having to eat Ramen were full of it. The stuff tastes better than what they could cook with actual groceries.

HMOG, Steph. I remember that visit. I was totally still shell-shocked, in retrospect. And it still smelled downtown. Sigh.

It would be like a really ugly The Amazing Race.

It's a wonder I have friends at all.

Well, you *do* have good points, you know. One or two come to mind.

Pffft. I totally get along with msbelle. I'm sure we'd be very decisive.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

How were Freddy and Kendra? In interviews she seems pretty abashed about the "breeding and breeding" thing.

They reminded me of the stereotypically overpriveliged types I went to high school with. Nice enough, but very bland and naive.

Yeah, as I flew into LaGuardia, the flight path came in directly over the WTC site, and I was on the correct side of the plane to get a straight-on view directly down. It was still smoking, I remember that. And I remember the smell.

Up with the sun

Ramen is good because it is full of starch, salt and fat, and there's no bad there. Unless you expect food to actually be healthy, but you can't get healthy for $.19.

Nice enough, but very bland and naive

This is also totally not a surprise.
