Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I've seen 8 episodes so far. I'm liking the episodes that didn't air a lot more than the ones that did (only the first four aired). Or maybe the show is growing on me.

I just ordered a second copy, shipped to my aunt and uncle who live in the San Francisco Bay area (Lafayette).

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Um, but you have 5 in your post #, not 3, so I'm all confused (what are you still doing up, anyway?).

I was using the number from my previous post. Which is, obviously, contrary to the Nilly Numbering System.

I'm up because JZ and I got back from dancing. So my body's a bit more alert than it ought to be at 1:00am PST.

Yeah, I knew that only 4 were aired, I think I can even tell which 4 (in terms of in-between-what I watched them, I'm afraid. No, wait - it was the first, the second with the scary copy-cat girl, the one with the nun and the highschool reunion one, right?). I remember that I really liked the first episode, but that only on the second one everything clicked for me (which was strange, because I liked its plot less than the former one's plot, but I just thought I got Jaye better on that one, especially with the last line - hey, it turns out I remember more than I'd thought! Yay sieve).

Oh, and I don't have a numbering system. I just like numbers. But I'm glad that you and JZ had a nice evening.

What is even happening?

Oh, Robin's puppy is so very cute.

Nilly, Aimee left a link for pictures of Emeline in the Bitches' thread. Here's the [link] Be careful when you get to the picture entitled, "Pink Hat." I think it might be deadly.

I'm jealous of tommyrot's Wonderfalls having. I have to remind myself I could have it already, and chose not to, to try out being one of those "grown ups" you hear about, in terms of acting responsibly. So far? This grown up thing is failing to impress me. Feh.

But calling to let me know ahead of time and ask for a rain check puts him ahead of about 95% of the guys I've made dates with.

Matt, I think you could have ended that sentence four words earlier. t misandry

Cindy, thank you ever so much for posting the pictures here!

B's son apparently finds it comfortable to fall asleep with his hand raised. She took a picture of him doing it, drew a picture of the Israeli flag to look like he's holding it in his hand, attached a picture of the statue of liberty (exact same pose), and e-mailed it out this morning. With the addition of Emeline's pictures now, I'm afraid I'm all cuted-out for the week. However, it seems like I should go back a bit to look for some picture of Robin's bew puppy? Oh, well. What a skipper-catch-upper has to do is what a skipper-catch-upper has to do.

Timelies!

Kashi Instant Oatmeal "Raisins and Spice" is da bomb, I'd just like to observe. It isn't very often that you praise oatmeal, you know?

I watched Hard Core Logo with some friends and acquaintances last night -- that's a film that doesn't lose its bite upon rewatch, and I find myself noticing new things. Then we had a chaser of two Wonderfalls episodes -- "Crime Dog" and "Lovesick Ass" -- which I'm pretty sure made my friend Julia the recipient of several toasters.

Benjamin did the same thing! He would also have his armed raised while nursing/taking a bottle, and it would slowly lower as his belly got full.

Hee! Oh, I wish I'd thought to do something like that, Nilly. So cute!

Benjamin did the same thing!

I'd tell her that - I'm sure it'll amuse her. She kept saying that he tries to cast a spell on her, when raising his arm like that.

I just got two more e-mails with cutest-in-the-world pictures (a cousin's son perched on the sofa like he's a teenager, even though he's only two years old, and a friends' baby daughter holding a bureaucratic letter they just received with her name on the envelope). It's the-cutest-in-the-world day on my screen.

And thanks for the link - I threadsucked a bit and found out. Adorable. "Layla" ("a" like in "aragorn", in both cases) means "night" in Hebrew, but Robin's BF probably knew that already.

[Edit: 2+4=6 and 2*4=8]

Oh, yes, I meant to mention that I looked at the Layla pictures -- what a photogenic pup!

Here's a random picture of my brother's dog (puppy at the time), Misty. Not as good a photo, but puppy goodness all the same.

Our wings are not tired.

Puppy! Thanks Kat for putting those up for us. And thanks Robing for sharing the Puppy! joy. And Theodosia for more Puppy!

B's son apparently finds it comfortable to fall asleep with his hand raised.

The boys did this too. I'm thinking it is a sign of a good soul. Also, very cute.

Gotta get a little more work done before I can lounge for 90 minutes watching my favorite Sunday Morning show (before the Evil news shows start).
