Sumi, I do think Kirsten could have been considered some kind of conspirator or accessory or something , but I think that was Sandy's bullshit excuse anyway. Of course, all of my legal knowledge comes from Law and Order, so take that with a grain of salt.

Sumi, I personally think that Sandy just didn't want to tell Kirsten about Rebecca and have that conversation with her. While I suppose Kirsten could have been considered an accessory, I think that's mostly just Sandy's justification for a decision he made for emotional reasons.
If that makes sense.

sumi, I think that Sandy was using that as an excuse (and a crappy one at that) to not tell her because he just didn't want to deal. I don't kno wif he is all conflicty about her or not, though it seems that way. But he obviously dind't want to tell her for some reason beyond co-conspirator. eta clearly an xpost.

Still unclear about what I should do regarding tomorrow. My gut says no. Don't do it mainly becuase I will spend the next 3 weekends doing work and it would be nice not to have some place to be for just 1 weekend., that its worth more than my consultancy rate.
