I've had two pedometers, and neither lasted long enough to be any use.

Let me know when I can Google my house. With little hotlinks that teleport me to my reading glasses.
Howdy, Shrift! How goes the war today?
The work war? t looks at her inbox Er. It ain't great, but it's not dire. Yet.
SHRIFT!! HAPPY DAY-AFTER-SLOUNGEDAY!@!
Thanks! I have, like, 75% of Sloungeday left to peruse because I don't read lj at work, and my Internet connection kept immolating itself last night.
Sloungeday is my new favorite holiday, because you celebrate with the giving of porn.
Appropriate, considering that this is how I celebrate special occasions in fandom, including my birthday.

Prolly because of all the Hot! Porn!
I suppose that if I came in here with some story about a homeless guy living in my house while I was away in Switzerland, it would get eye-rolls.
All the weird stuff happens to Gus, people would think. Monkey bites, etc..
Stories about grappling with your lefty-conscience about getting this dude out of your house, without disrespecting his situation, would draw comparisons.
There is guy who tried to go live in his old High School. He got the upgrade to Jail, where he gets to look 16 in a cage full of child-molesters.
My homesteader was less photogenic, perhaps a little lighter on the hygiene, and a lot older. I called The Man, and filled out forms. Lots and lots of forms.
What, just because it reads "blah blah wank wank wank wank wank vodka wank"?
Snerk.
Whenever I think of monkey bites and squatters, I will think of Gus.

Oh, dear, Gus. Umm.... You do collect the interesting stories, don't you?
Gus! Good lord.
I'll ask in here, as it's kinda sorta related to the pedometer thing. Since I cannot krav here, and I have grown weary of walking/running/biking in place in front of a tv, I have decided to run in circles on the very nice track at the gym. However, when I did this last night, my shins started hurting like hell after a couple laps. All this serves as a preface to my question: anyone have a good "I think I'm running wrong and want to do it right" website or somesuch?
Also, happy day-late Sloungeday, shrift
And, Betsy, I would totally pay a good amount of money for that service
