Woe to the fucking wicked.

I'll ask in here, as it's kinda sorta related to the pedometer thing. Since I cannot krav here, and I have grown weary of walking/running/biking in place in front of a tv, I have decided to run in circles on the very nice track at the gym. However, when I did this last night, my shins started hurting like hell after a couple laps. All this serves as a preface to my question: anyone have a good "I think I'm running wrong and want to do it right" website or somesuch?

Also, happy day-late Sloungeday, shrift

And, Betsy, I would totally pay a good amount of money for that service

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

There was a woman here in Georgia that happened to, Gus. The homeless person not only moved in while she was away for a month, but also redecorated.

Sorry, Gus. Not the best welcome home. At least there were no monkeys.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

a homeless guy living in my house while I was away in Switzerland,

OMGWTF?

Now tagless for your comfort.

Gus, I assume the guy was removed (at least I'm hoping) and no damage was done to Casa Gus.

I'm also making myself a note to get a long-term housesitter if we ever take an overseas job and don't sell our house.

a homeless guy living in my house while I was away in Switzerland,

Good lord.

Any chance you need different shoes? If the track surface is less yielding than whatever you were running/walking on in front of the tv, it could be your current shoes don't have enough support or whatever.

ODL, Gus. I hope your home is intact and everything gets sorted out smoothly!

My goodness, Gus, it's like you have a magnet for freaky events.

Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

OMGWTF?

Pre-zactly my response when I saw the lights on, rolling up from MSP airport.

Hee, I thought, the crew is throwing a Suprise! welcome home thing. How cool is that?

Dude with bottle watching my television, too stoned to be alarmed at my presence? "Drama student from the U", I thought. "Great makeup!", I thought.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

JEEBUS, Gus!!!

Debet, you probably need new or different shoes. Are you making sure to alternate your running direction (CW one day, CCW the next)? If you can't afford new shoes, Target has some decent sport insoles that work pretty well. Look in the shoe section (instead of the pharmacxy section, which is where they keep the Dr. Scholl's).

I've found Runner's World to be a useful tool. Jeff Galloway writes their Beginners column for them.
