this is just messed up
I could compare it to a train wreck, but that would be insulting. To the train wreck.

Yet I feel compelled to watch, much as I'd feel compelled to look at a train wreck.
this is just messed up:
Do you really expect anything other than messed up from that freakshow?
Today's Two Lumps is waaay too familiar.
I have a question. Are Michael Jackson's children biologically his? I seem to recall them being blonde, which, Debbie Rowe is, but Michael, genetically, NSM.
ita, good luck with the apartment hunting.
I find myself oddly disinterested by the whole Jackson thing. I'm not sure why.
This [link] was the very first image on my wall paper this morning (it changes every five minutes). I've decided that means it's going to be a good day.
ita! move closer. I say WeHo!
My spam subject lines are getting more offensive. So much so, that I refuse to post them here.
I'm taking action. So if any of you send me anything with the word "cum" in it, I won't be seeing it.
In other news, Punxsutawney Phil says winter won't be over for awhile.I'm not surprised, the little rat bastard. Julia's excited. Actually she sort of hates winter, except for the hour or so she's out playing in the snow each day, and during the post snow-play hot cocoa aided meltdown period. She's excited because she "predicted" this would happen. When we came back from taking Benjamin to school, she decided to draw a picture of the groundhog, and decided he would (which should probably be "did" except we hadn't heard the news at the time) see his shadow.
From the ad, it looks good. Hopefully it'll still look good in person.
<edit: and yes, I realize that's totally incorrect use of "hopefully." But I haven't had caffeine yet and that's the best my brain can do.>What is wrong with the use of hopefully, here?

"Hopefully" is an adverb that means "in a hopeful manner," so it really ought to describe a verb. "Teppy smelled the coffee brewing, and looked hopefully toward the door -- maybe Chatty!co-worker would bring her some."
The way it's used in the sentence above -- which is a common usage -- it really ought to be phrased "I hope," or "I'm hopeful that," etc.

That's because it's still February. Stoopid groundhog.
Are Michael Jackson's children biologically his?
He says they are. (Except the youngest, "Blanket," who I think he's admitted is adopted.) I'm fascinated by the whole mess, but I don't want to start speculating about the ancestry of children I've never seen without masks on.
