I think what my daughter's trying to say is: nyah nyah nyah nyah.

Apart from sports, "my secret favorite thing on earth is ketchup. I will put ketchup on anything. But it has to be Heinz." - my husband, Michael Vartan

Oh, good. Thanks, sumi!

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I think that the Moms got eliminated after the first hour of the finale last season, so it was three teams left for the last hour.

OK, did anyone else get the schmoopy valentines day KY ad? Because that just freaked me out. But I may have issues. I have no issues with sex-related ads on tv, generally. Hey, I find sex much less offensive than violence. But, but, but.... I have Issues. (I know where my parents keep theirs. I wish I didn't. I know they have sex. That's ok. The details are not.)

Also, I was doing back exercises and I think I did something wrong. Because now at certain normal, everyday actions, it feels like someone has kicked me in both kidneys. My body is stupid. Need to get more exercise.

I just recalled I get to wrangle a 10 month old tomorrow while her mom has meetings. Which, yay! Nice break from the workday. But boo, will be in the kidneyicking positions a lot. May this go away.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

TAR: The second to last ep is always nonelimination. Which begs the question, whose brilliant idea was it to put a Yield in it, and have they been fired?

Hayden is still reminding me so much of myself it's scary. (Doubly so when I remember that everyone on the internet except me hates her. But on the plus side, I think she and Aaron will probably win.)

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Sarameg--ice it. It's no fun while you're doing it, but you'll thank me tomorrow.

I wearing 2 layers of clothes including wool. I'm not so sure about the ice. But I'll probably try that anyway.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

sarameg -- I also recommend ibuprofen, 400 or 600 mg, to deal with any inflammation. Should help.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

And when the parents disagree on this variable--much painful discussing ensues. I'm a mouth-kisser, DH is not. We're working on a workable agreeement that doesn't squick him or put Owen in therapy.

Ooof, that's tough. Both EM and I kiss Emmett on the mouth. Admittedly, it doesn't happen all that often anymore (usually when I'm putting him to bed and he's feeling especially affectionate). But when he was a babe, I kissed him all over on a regular basis. His infant idea of a kiss was to grab your head very tight and press his open gummy mouth against your cheek with tremendous ferocity. Not all kisses are sexualized.

It's COLD!

Anyway, I figure I'll start a lot of rumors at work tomorrow when people think K is mine. Hell, for some reason (ok, one misinformed bigmouth) a good bunch of people think I'm married.

But I'm looking forward to it. 1) K likes me, and she's really particular and 2) an hour notworking! With cute baby! Yay for important meetings and husbands on high security projects they can't work on with their resident alien wives present! Or something.
