Cass, good luck with clearing the gunk. I like to get a nice, steamy shower going and then dose up on cold meds. And then sleep.

Sterile saline nasal spray (say that three times fast) has been very good to me this year. Helps flush the bad sticky mucus down, and you can't overdo it, since it's just slightly salty water.
I laid down for an hour or so. No actual sleep occurred but I'm feeling physically much much better.
I am saline nose spray's bitch. I keep a bottle in both bathrooms. Not only does it help with congestion, it helps with the dryness caused by antihistimines, too.
too. early. for. spelling and stuff.
GorillaMask.net has Budweiser's banned Super Bowl commercial. I mean, I'd watch it just 'cause it says "banned," but I thought it was amusing.
SA, are you posting from your native timezone again? Because if so, welcome home!
I am! Back in EST. Thanks. :) It's nice to be back. How are you?
How are you?
Um, not here. In the middle of between-semesters craziness (exams and papers and the like. But no more grading, because I've finished them last night this morning).
Are you jet-lagged? Your trip back is supposed to be the easier side of the jet lag (it is to most people. With me, of course, it was the other way around).
[Edit 2*7=14. So this post # is kind of a mirror-land to that. Any minute now chess pieces will start to grow and talk]
I seem to be doing okay with jet-lag so far. I stayed up until past ten here, which is supposed to help reset your clock, and I woke up about an hour ago, at seven-thirty. So that's a reasonable nine hours of sleep, and I woke up of my own volition at an okay time. So I think I'll be fine.
Classes start Thursday for me. It's Tuesday, for chrissakes. Sigh.
Budweiser's banned Super Bowl commercial
Snerk.
That commercial is hysterical. I can't see any reason to ban it. Duh.
Ok, that's so something I had missed in nearly 30 years, despite hearing many many stories of my dad's mystification at his car being called a cahmengear and various other NE-ese stories. And knowing my dad grew up without Js.
sarameg, your dad grew up without Js. Huh?
Nilly! Are you all better, now?
