Wash: Well, I wash my hands of it. It's a hopeless case. I'll read a nice poem at the funeral. Something with imagery. Zoe: You could lock the door and keep the power-hungry maniac at bay. Wash: Oh, no, I'm starting to like this poetry idea now. Here lies my beloved Zoe, my autumn flower, somewhat less attractive now she's all corpsified and gross...

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Carmen Ghia is the beatnik guy in the Producers, right?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Prom dress.

I don't care what you say, that is NOT a prom dress. (Check the ref.)

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Nah. The beatnik was Lorenzo St. DuBois (L.S.D.).

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh. I've, uh, never actually seen The Producers.

Oops. Sorry. How did that get in my clipboard (is that pronounce clibbrd on the east coast?).

Prom dress.

But you know, while I'm here, I need to look at that again.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Or the gay assistant to director Roger De Bris in The Producers.

But it's more fun to visualize Angelina Jolie trying to brush a dangling pineapple out of her eyes with a switchblade while singing "O que É que a Baiana Tem?".

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

So you still have the unaired eps to watch? Lucky.

I know! I'm so excited! I've moved pretty slowly to getting the DVDs, and we've had them in the house for a few weeks now, and we started watching Serenity, but will finish watching it tomorrow... I'm just trying to draw it all out. Man, I am looking forward to watching the season. And it's been so long since I even saw the aired ones... yay.
