Harmony: Somebody remembered to pick me up the sweetest unicorn. Guess someone was feeling guilty for standing me up in tenth grade. Brad: What? Had to get her something. She sired me. Peaches: Sire-whipped.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, yeah. I've seen parts of it.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

So you still have the unaired eps to watch? Lucky.

I know! I'm so excited! I've moved pretty slowly to getting the DVDs, and we've had them in the house for a few weeks now, and we started watching Serenity, but will finish watching it tomorrow... I'm just trying to draw it all out. Man, I am looking forward to watching the season. And it's been so long since I even saw the aired ones... yay.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

The folks from Go Fug Yourself have commented on that "dress". (It's not a dress, it's a gownless evening strap)

Now tagless for your comfort.

The folks from Go Fug Yourself have commented on that "dress"

They called it the Lil' Kim Prom Dress.

"If my daughter had the body to wear it, I'd let her!"

This, I found disturbing on a couple of levels.

"You couldn't dance in that dress - actually, you couldn't do anything at all,"

This I found oddly sweet, 'cause... actually, yeah, you could.

"This dress would look great at a prom if the model in the picture wore it," says senior Vlaz Ermant, "but we don't have any girls like that at our school."

And this, I admit, just made me laugh.

That dress is appalling if it's targeted to teenage girls, which, apparently, it is. Yeesh. I mean, I don't think much of it for grown-up people either, but, whatever.

gownless evening strap

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Karmann Ghia

eta: damn, y'all are nattering fast tonight.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think I like my prom dress (link 1) better than the Karmann Ghia, but I can see the Ghia's appeal.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

$495! That's the most shocking bit.

But I'll take one of that first dress, sure thing.

JenP - Jan 31, 2005 5:10:24 pm PST #2676 of 10002

I think your Prom Dress Link 1 sitting next to me in a Karmann Ghia would be pretty neat. Who is it, anyway? Or was it just random pretty?

Which, at $495, is a steal.
