Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Ooh, this pisses me off. I see where his priorities lie.

From The Washington Post [link]

Bugmenot is your friend.

Edit: And this is what he said earlier in the day at Auschwitz.

"Gathered in this place we are reminded that such immense cruelty did not happen in a faraway, uncivilized corner of the world, but rather in the very heart of the civilized world," Cheney said. "The death camps were created by men with a high opinion of themselves -- some of them well educated and possessed of refined manners -- but without conscience. The story of the camps reminds us that evil is real and must be called by its name and must be confronted."

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I've been reading some articles about the ceremony, and about the special session of the UN. A lot of stuff there, in the way that some people are politicizing it, and the way that the US government officials seem to just not care, is really pissing me off.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I had to skip. How are people, and what did we talk about today?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

This has made us form our theory that this had made us unsuccessful, even though we are both smart and personable. We don't want to take risks. If you have parents who can bail you out, you can take big rishs, and if you are very poor you can too, because what have you got to lose! If you spent your life just barely hanging on to lower middle class, you don;t want to take the risk. You can see where you were just one step away from worrying about food to eat, and you neer want that.

This is why I am a secvretary and not a costume designer. I know I can eat I know I have health insurance and a roof over my head.

We were maybe slightly poorer... but that makes a lot of sense to me.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I was too tired to read very closely, but I suspect either too much caffiene or not enough was ingested before noon today.

What do you do was quickly followed up with so what do you drive?

I got this question over the holidays. I was prepared for the what-do-you-do but this one surprised me (not being in MI). I think it was an attempt to determine my status when she couldn't tell based on my job.

Can the murders in my neighborhood stop now? Please?

Our wings are not tired

Our wings are not tired

As am I. Just finished reading through a script again and taking notes so that I'm ready for a design meeting at 9 AM.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I'm up. Also tired. I'm getting ready to go to the airport. Well, I'm thinking nice thoughts about getting ready to go to the airport.

ND, will you have a chance to grab any shut-eye before the meeting, or would that only make things worse?

waves hello to Liese

Our wings are not tired

I'm turning in now to catch a few hours of sleep. I'll be fine for the meeting.
