"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Hey! How come I didn't get that? No fair.

Yeah, was this a separate magazine, or something added to the current issue like the music supplement I get once a month?

Hey! How come I didn't get that? No fair.

I am special! And I was having a bad day yesterday so maybe they magazine gods thought I deserved something nice?

Yeah, was this a separate magazine, or something added to the current issue like the music supplement I get once a month?

It was a separate magazine. It's big and mostly about What's New on DVDs. I don't think I've gotten one before and I've been getting EW for evah.

I keep meaning to sign up for the music supplement...

Guy #1: Man, there are so many hipsters around. I hate hipsters! Guy #2: You're at the wrong place. That's like going to Vegas only to say "I hate titties!" --The Warsaw, Williamsburg (OINY)

May I tag?

When the carrots attack, don't let me be the one with the knife.

I think it was Nutty who said it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Rushing over to post this before Sumi can:

SOCCER MOMS (ABC) - Rob Estes ("Melrose Place") has found at home at ABC, as the actor has joined the cast of the drama pilot, about two suburban housewives (Kristin Davis, Gina Torres) who team up as private investigators. No details were released about Estes' character. Touchstone Television and Marla Ginsburg's Vertikal Entertainment are behind the project, which is executive produced by Ginsburg, Don Todd and Jeff Kline.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Wasn't he on Silk Stalkings?

He was Silk Stalkings. That second cast never counted.

Art Crawl!!!

I didn't know he was on Silk Stalkings. . . of course, I don't think that Silk Stalkings was something I watched regularly.

If it wasn't for the two detectives being private rather than cops, the whole thing reminds me of Murder in Suburbia.
