No UTTAD pictures? Sad now.
Link, please. Is backup requested?
Beverly, I think this must be it: [link]
It was very calm, so I don't think backup was needed. Regardless, Simon's been very good to us (as far as helping us out when we've been linked for stuff that is going to cause us to get bombed) and he pretty much asked everyone to doblerize.
Oh, I certainly didn't think he was being overly harsh. I just found it amusing. It was the first time I have had my hand slapped over there.
Oh, I certainly didn't think he was being overly harsh.
I didn't think you thought that. I'm sorry if that came across even related to what you were saying.
I just said it because Beverly asked if backup was needed, and I'd be hard pressed to invade Whedonesque, since Simon's been so good to us.
Although I do miss riding with a righteous bitch brigade from time to time. It is cleansing. Oh my, I'm having horrible Bronze homesickness, right now.
I'm sorry if that came across even related to what you were saying.
Not at all. Don't mind me. I am having issues hearing the right "voice" on the Internet these days. And I just want to make sure that I am being clear.
See. We need a place where we can be ourselves.
(At this point, you might expect me to pimp LJ to you, but my mind is elsewhere.)
Sniff
But Five will be back. Not for years -- maybe 20 or so -- but it will come back. It wil be with your granchildren, and when it departs it will bite one of your children on the ankles and then, for old times sake, find you and Scott and nibble each of you. Five is like that.
You're right. I had Fifth Disease last summer, and I should have known much more than I did, just from it's name.
Missing Bronze more now. Some of it.
There's a lot of unspoiled reactions to Serenity here: [link]
Fun times. It seemed to go either way with people - the deaths (or rather, Washs' death) either completely forced people out of the story (self protection?) or drew them into an emotional wreck.
