Every nightmare I have that doesn't revolve around academic failure or public nudity is about that thing. In fact, once I dreamt that it attacked me while I was late for a test and naked.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Why is there maths in an archaeology course? Why?!

So you'll be able to calculate the exact amount of sand to counterweight the idol with and thus not have to repeat Indiana Jones' mistake of having to flee from the rolling Boulder of Doom.

when i die, please bake my ashes into a brick and use me to hit fascists.

What an amazing essay, Allyson! I can't wait to buy your book. (Also, I am so green with jealousy about your set visit that I am photosynthesizing.)

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

The week of Serenity mudslinging begins tomorrow! From the theatre counts it looks like Serenity is going to almost completely disappear in the US on Friday.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I'm not sure why that triggers mudslinging.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh! I know! Cause we can get all blamey on each other, and this time, we can back it up with data! Rock on.

Unrelatedly, does Google have a site yet where I can get specific by-theatre attendance numbers for theatres near people I don't like anyway, so I can start throwing some rocks? Just asking.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Allyson, mud slinging at Universal, mostly. It'll get replaced by most theatres with Doom, which is going for 2900 theatre distribution, which is about 700 more than Serenity had.

Or, maybe I'm just overthinking. In all honesty, I don't really care thinking about it, which is probably the best way to be.

Now tagless for your comfort.

If Doom does better than Serenity at the box office, I swear, I'm withdrawing from the human race.

You know, we could experiment and cancel football.

Cashmere, you had better start packing for your inevitable isolation.

Cashmere, it will almost certainly open much bigger than Serenity did. I'll eat my hat if it doesn't. And it's a very fine hat.

(And by the way, I hear from a little tweety bird who couldn't possibly be me it's an appauling film).
