Early: Where'd she go? Simon: I can't keep track of her when she's not incorporeally possessing a space ship. Don't look at me.

I may have to seize the cat.

I wish I had the pretty clothes for it

My mommy says if I go, she'll buy my dress. But it's all an if, contingent on numerous factors. Let me tell you, this close to the fact, it being a "maybe I will, maybe I won't" really scares me. (Esp because I need to get an RSVP to them if I'm going to the party at the Hard Rock)

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Independence Air has a really cheap flight out to LA around that date. Oh, the temptation.

If you're into contests, and you've got a Cinemark Theatre near you, go enter the Serenity Prize Pack contest. Don't know quite what the prizes are, as I'm an employee and can't sign up.

So glad to see a little press for this movie!

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Thanks Ailleann. I signed up. The rules only say it's a prize pack worth approx. $100.00, but not what's in it.

If we're really lucky, they'll do it in that order...

Does anyone know how to find out if there's going to be any midnight screenings on September 29?

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

You can call around and find out which theater will be showing Serenity, come the day. Then call and ask if they'll have a midnight show.

So far, the only movies that have had midnight shows locally have been LotR and the Star Wars prequels. Not Harry Potter or any other highly hyped and eagerly-awaited movies, just those two franchises.

We had midnight screenings for the second Matrix film.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

But we live in the centre of the world.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Has anyone seen regular tv ads for Serenity yet? It is still coming out in wide release by the end of this month, right? I'm just a little alarmed we haven't seen anything to reel in the regular folk.
