There were two, Book and Mal (some might say three: Book, Mal (fast) and Mal (slower)). The VOs ran when the series was originally aired, but were dropped on the DVDs.

There's a video about the Browncoat movement on the official board at [link] in the A/V room (requires registration). The website says it's showing at some AMC and Regal theaters now.

Also, do we know about the Adam Baldwin, Gina Torres and Ron Glass interviews at [link] (Episodes 4, 5 and 6 respectively)?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That's the ad I mentioned before, I think. Not sure it's winning people over.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

That made my head hurt. Good thing I have to write about it right now.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

I don't remember the voiceovers from network tv, and don't have access to the SciFi shows. Do they add to the shows? Are they nice? Are they throughout the shows?

Yeaaaah. I worry if it won't drive some folks off. Also, there's that whole, "It's not like Universal decided to do the movie because the fans asked really nicely" thing. I found the interviews kinda grating. I think if I saw that, with no knowledge of the movie, I'd be like, "Those people are sketchy. I don't think I want to see a movie they like."

Of course, when I watched "Trekkies," I turned to my friends and said, "The way I see these people is how normal people see me, isn't it? No wonder nobody liked me in school."
