I bop to Wittgenstein. -- Nutty

Not so obscure that it wasn't referenced on this board, this very day.

Hee! Synchrony. Trust billytea to mention the blue-footed boobies.

So, I hear they gave the interplanatery cow truck a whole movie?

If we're really lucky, they'll do it in that order...

Heh. "Your mama's pegleg got a kick stand on it / Yer mama, yer mama, yer mama, yer mama..."

So, is this a traditional thing, or do we have another Pharcyde fan in the house?

Plus? Everyone should have their day start with two pages of maths and boobs. It's a winning combo.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

She blinded ME with science.

So Joss & co. will be writing in Braile from now on?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

So, is this a traditional thing, or do we have another Pharcyde fan in the house?

I think this is a traditional Snap/Dozens and I am also a Pharcyde fan. So...Both!

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

I think I'm blind. Also, feeling very stoopid. I should have expected teh math in a thread about River, et al.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

Please forgive the FF newbie but I have a question:

At the end of "Our Mrs. Reynolds" Mal walks into Inara's shuttle and questions her storyline (avoided Saffron, found Mal, fell and hit her head ). When Inara admits she didn't fall, Mal says "I knew you let her kiss you". Was he being serious or did he figure out that Inara kissed him?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I've always figured he was serious....

Yep, so did I.

And I loved that bit.

Does he even have a clue that Inara likes/loves him? Sometimes it seems like it by his gestures and looks towards her but other times he seems oblivious.

I don't think Mal's a nice enough guy to have let Inara away with it if he had figured it out. He'd have probably brought it up at every opportunity just to watch her squirm.
