How did you feel Mal and Zoe were foolish?
Leaving the ship unguarded and wide open, for one thing, especially when it figured in their plans. Mal would never do that, and Zoe would never let him do it.

I'd have to rewatch, but I don't think we see the ship being left open. Unguarded, yes. But not open. I always assumed the attackers just broke in. As for leaving it unguarded, I imagine they needed everyone to help setup the defenses.

Doesn't matter. You don't leave your most valuable asset, one that's part of your plan, unguarded. It was out of character for both of them.

Apparently, more people bought Chappelle's Show on DVD than watched it on Comedy Central.
A similar statement could possibly be made about Firefly, I don't know.

Chicagoistas, do any of you know if the Serenity trailer is attached to Batman Begins playing at the Century 12 in Evanston (or at which theaters it is)? We want to see Batman Begins, but really want to see the trailer!

I saw Batman Begins there last week - no Serenity trailer. But since it's Friday they could have shuffled the previews around like they do with the movies.

It was attached to it last night at the AMC East theatre (on Illinois) where we saw Serenity.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.
Random but related: One of my jobs at work is to process life insurance applications. There was one that I processed today in which the family lives on "Serenity Valley Dr."
I just thought that was too cool to pass up without mentioning.
