I just got this from a friend:
Also, while attending the opening night of Batman Begins(freaking awesome - hooray Batman is cool again!) the trailer for Serenity came on- people cheered! It was, all in all, a geek fest and I loved every minute of it! Can't wait to see it.
I still haven't seen the
Serenity
trailer in a theater. And I saw
Batman Begins
last night....
Same here, tommyrot. Grr.
P-C, the friend who sent that lives in Ann Arbor.
The crap?! Well, they must have gone to Showcase. We went to the theater that has student tickets and plays previews interspersed with digital ads.
We didn't get Serenity. Was it attached, or did the theater put it on? Ours had Dukes of Hazard attached, which, let me tell you, was quite the let down when you're hoping for Serenity.
I got that too. It actually looked vaguely fun, in a way, but I don't understand how it's supposed to exist in modern times.
Never passed through the rural South, have you?
I got the best of both worlds -- previews for Serenity AND Dukes of Hazard.
Envy me, O Unworthy Ones....
