Oh, and I haven't seen P-C in ages.... Hi!
Hi! I was home for a week or so.

Hi! I was home for a week or so.
"NY" link is still pointing to Batman. Goddamn it. Really don't want to haul my ass to Elizabeth. I think they really are trying to weed out the city-folk (and bootleggers - cause let's face it, in Manhattan you're just asking to be bootlegged).
On the other hand, maybe it's ok if I don't see the preview version because I kind of want the first time I see it to be the finished deal.
ETA on tape delay.. not clicking the Minearverse thread.
Yeah, I'm not gonna do it. I already saw one screening, and the hassle of getting out to Elizabeth seems too hard, especially since my classes end at 7 this term.
I give up. I'm going to bed. Which means if my luck holds, the tickets will immediately go on sale in the next 5 minutes. You all can thank me later.
Just don't go to the dentist - that's what thwarted me last time.
Anyway, it doesn't look like any of the movietickets.com places have gone live yet - maybe they're waiting for daylignt....
Seattle says "Sorry, there are currently no showtimes available for this theater for the selected date."
This means to keep trying, not that all hope is gone and life is not worth living, right?
Me? I'm in AA, not DC.
Just take it one day at a time, P-C.
I need the Seattle site to be working now, so I can go to bed.

I rearranged my trip to Seattle in order to possibly get tickets to Serenity, while I feared that I would miss the ticket sales and it would be moot. I happened to get online tonight to post about The Inside, and saw the Serenity announcement. I stayed up for over two hours, hitting refresh at Fandango every few minutes, and finally got in, shortly after midnight, Alaska time. It allowed me to start the purchasing process. I had to register, but that took about two minutes. By the time I finished registering, it said that the show was sold out. Aaaarrgghh!! Then, on top of everything else, it froze my computer. And I really must give up and go to bed, as work is coming very soon. Whaaaa!
Does anyone know if this is likely a glitch, or if it's likely really sold out? Did anyone else get tickets in Seattle? Extras?
I got 2 tix for friends in Seattle. Shortly afterwards, fandango went into maintenance mode. But from reports, it was actually sold out before maintenance time.
