Tempted to start guerilla marketing to the Star Wars geeks at my office.
The Toronto Star already has. Yesterdays paper had a reference to Serenity as the next big sci-fi film for those suffering from withdrawal symptoms.
And yet? No preview screening.
Any reports on what movies the trailer might be playing before?
Not RotS, sadly. That movie would make Serenity look amazing.
This quiz is amazingly hard.

SF folks: any chance of coordinating a before-the-movie meetup, maybe over dinner?
Sadly, I'm pretty sure I won't be able to leave work until 6:00, so I may well not get to SF until about 8:00, which is too late for dinner. I think we were planning on grabbing sandwiches or something equally quick that we could eat in line.
Katie Bee and JZ's friend, you should just meet us in line. If you get there before us, we can just give you your tickets.
Sparky1, I will do my best to save you a space in line and/or two seats.

This had been my hope, as at the theater where I saw Hitchhiker's the Serenity trailer was attached to it for a couple weeks and then disappeared and was replaced by the Star Wars one.
Stood amazed today in a grocery store parking lot. There was a custom bike, a "chopper", if we can be that '70's, with the Serenity ideogram painted on the tank.
I broke loose from my amazement and went into the store. There was a shaved-head guy with a poke-y beard and tats. I asked him if that was his bike.
It was not.
The cashier, however, chirped up. "Sure", she said. "That's mine."
"My girlfriend is really into that TV show that got cancelled a while ago."
Reality is so much better than TV.
Discovery Channel is currently running "The Science of Star Wars: Space Cowboys".
BWAH!
I am a little affronted by the lack of response to my Grocery Store story.
I assume that's the same one that was linked about 5 posts back.
