Dude, there are people on this very board who'd like to dig up Robert Heinlein so they could bitchslap his corpse for writing characters that refer to their own anatomies with that term (well, that's one of the reasons anyway). You couldn't figure out from that that it might not go over well?

I hate the word "teats" when applied to humans. Pro'lly that's because I grew up on a dairy farm.

Well, to be fair, "tits" wasn't really an acceptable word in books when RAH first started, and by the time he used "teats" he later wrote that it was pronounced "tits" so it was really sort of an in-joke.

I prefer the term "boobs" myself, or "breasticles" (pronounced "breast-tick-lees"). Just a preference. Not judging.

Yeah, when I hear the word "teats" I think of attaching milking machines to them, dipping them in iodine, putting the first few squirts of milk in a cup to feed to the cats....
I just don't wanna go there....
