I did my taxes tonight. It's not as bad as I thought it was gonna be...thank goodness.
Also, I read more of my depressing book. The last chapter that I read there was a baby born. It was not the correct skin color, so the husband shot the wife then buried the baby alive with the wife (at least, I think that's what happened...it's not entirely clear, but that's certainly what we're led to believe). And the book is only supposed to get worse and more depressing. I'm not sure how much worse than that I can take.
