I remember doing this for my cousin when he was two and he was only supposed to be about 5'6". Which made sense because his dad and his mom's family were fairly short-statured. But he's 21 now and like 5'10.
It might be 2 and a half.
Also, I know doctors can project out fairly accurately by measuring the thigh bone and other factors. This was a big issue with ex-GF as they could tell she was going to be tall and would consequently need multiple extra surgeries on her leg.
