I've just finished lunch, so there!

The first coat of paint is done in the upstairs bedroom. At 3:00, I can go do the second coat and declare that puppy done (except for the trim, but that's already scheduled for another day). Tomorrow I repaint the basement and go buy more paint.

Now I get to go do my taxes!

I don't even want to look at my taxes. They aren't going to bring me much joy ($$$) at all. In fact, I will probably have to pay some more. In which case, I'm not filing until April 15th. Why should they get to earn interest on my money? Keeping for myself, I am.

I don't know when someone was saying "She's still asleep?!?" but I'm betting I was still asleep then too. I join the indolence crowd.

I did decide that between having to leave the house and go downstairs to 7-11 for coffee, and having to MAKE coffee, going to 7-11 sounded better. (Mostly because I didn't have any cream, either).

Now I shall sit on my couch. Yes, this is a productive day, boys and girls...

I have had my latte, 25 blissful minutes in the sun on a bench outside, and am going to pick up 10 gorgeous pink tulips at 4 (1/2 price flowers 4-6).

Although I still want breakfast. This...We had pancakes (made with sour cream and lemon zest - go microplane!). Emmett got some Nieman Ranch apple smoked bacon (soooooooo goooooood). ...sounds perfect.

Going to the Zmayhems for brunch. OK, guys?
