Congrats! askye. I hope you get it for a reasonable price!
Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Great news, Askye!
Congrats, P-C.
eta: and askye. That rocks
Congrats on the feed back P-C!
I don't believe your question was out of the blue, though -- how's your hubby doing?
You're quite right. Let's just say he envies you and we're praying the neurosurgeon can move the surgery date up as far as possible.
Has he had a spinal fusion yet? I know his back is in worse shape than mine was -- or, at least, the pain has been far more tenacious than mine was.
P-C - so cool that you have a fan already!!
Should we worry that he's sent two emails in such rapid succession? You know, famous people get these obsessive fans who might, for example, start whole discussion forums just to discuss your writing.
askye!!! Woo hoo on the whole house rental thing!
What if your sofa was inherited and is well over 30 years old?
-t is right, it's replacement cost. Like, Oh, dear, everything's gone and I need to start from scratch and get stuff back. You don't have to provide receipts of the original things, I think, if it's just common stuff.
Rugs, books, sheets, towels, kitchenware.
There's a deductible, and you pay for insurance for up to a set amount of coverage.
Everyone must have insurance!
I started up on the nagging of Tom again recently, when my friend, who goes to school in Indiana, got a phone call while back home east, saying that the neighbors she shared a wall with, had shut their heat down and the pipes burst and ruined everything she had. Now, S has: a computer, a mattress and box spring on the floor, her clothes (including interview/professional suits, which cost several hundred dollars, amassed over time), and various knickknacks. Doesn't sound like a lot, until you have none of it left and have to replace it all. And have barely any income to do so. That's when you're happy you have renter's insurance.
Go you askye!
awesome news askye! I'm crossing my fingers that the rent stays reasonable.
