Willow: Something evil-crashed to earth in this. Then it broke out and slithered away to do badness. Giles: Well, in all fairness, we don't really know about the "slithered" part. Anya: No, no, I'm sure it frisked about like a fluffy lamb.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

The physical therapy has done WONDERS for me. I take back all the mean things I've thought about physical therapy. The pain I've been in since Aidan was born has been much ameliorated.

Yay, Deena! That makes me so happy. Also, well paid project and increased rate.

{{{Deena}}} Just 'cause. I miss you! But glad to hear you're doing well without us. I'm trying to be brave!

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Hi all! I'm miserable and exhausted, but I'm very glad that the first thing I always see when I come home is Teppy.

I am VERY jealous of the SA having. I got a postcard from her today too! I can't wait to see her live and in person for myself. There will be a hugging, I can tell you. Much healthma to SA.

Yay! I'm glad the postcard arrived.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I miss you too, Nora! I'm mostly done with the big project, just a few fixes, and then a couple of other projects that should be smaller, so hopefully I'm done with being absent for days on end. {{{Nora}}}

{{Allya'lls}}} thanks for the cheers! It's so nice to feel better and be productive.

eta: It did, SA, and it's very pretty. Someday I'm going to see that stuff in person.

If I only had a brain...

Deena, that's wonderful. Bask in the reward of your GOOD WORK.

Thanks, Betsy. I went and looked at the link for the stuff you were trying to do today. I felt a great deal of sympathy for you.

I was complaining to my physical therapist that the easy-peasy Yoga for achy people DVD I have is too hard for me and she told me I wasn't ready for yoga, or tai chi (because I asked about that, too), and to just do the exercises she gives me. Even those are hard sometimes, and I feel stupid that they're hard -- chin tucks, for crying out loud!, they give me a headache!-- but she tells me it will get better, and I'm starting to believe her. I hope you find something soon that will make things better for you.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Yay, Deena!

And with that, I'm going to bed. See y'all in the morning.

Thrive to spite them

Deena --- the job and physical therapy things are fantastic!

And don't be too hard on yourself about what you can and can't do, your just at the beginning .

Thrive to spite them

Talked to my dad. He totally agrees with me that Grandma can not be the care giver for my great aunt and that my great uncle is too irrational. He's going to wait and see how the current situation plays out and if his cousins don't step up to the plate he's going to talk to them.

If this were a rare occurance it would be one thing, but it's not. My great uncle had surgery a month or so ago (which I didn't know), my great aunt fell and fractured her wrist last year, two years ago she ended up in the hospital with pneomonia and there have been different occasions between those times when Grandma has had to take one of the to the doctor or deal with a crisis, etc.

I'm glad dad sees the things I do, I was kind of worried he didn't.
