Look, Angel, I know you've been out of the loop for a while, but I'm still evil. I don't do errands...unless they're evil errands.

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I always pat my cars goodbye and thank them.

I threatened mine so it didn't try and follow me home.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

So it's not just me being a sap? Okay, thanks.

I skipped. I hope everybody's healthy, happy, and gainfully employed today.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

I should know better than to look on eBay, right? I really should.

Thierry Mugler suit. In close enough to my measurements that I would only need to lightly corset to wear it. Waaaaah!

(This is what I get for distracting myself during lunchtime.)

What is even happening?

I'm sad. I just drove my sweet wee Buffy car over to its new owner's parking lot. I hope she'll be as good a car for them as she has been for me.
"That's my girl. That's my good girl," I patted her dashboard one last time, and locked her door, and left her there.
Oh Beverly, that's so sad. Isn't it odd how we get attached to things? I still resent that someone else is living in old!house. Now, we wanted to move, and moved to a bigger place (although we'd done a lot of work to old!house and have to do most of it to current!house). But...It's mine. And those *others* shouldn't live there, and big whoop they have a new baby now, I brought two of *my* babies home to that house, and that woman is probably in my kitchen, right now. sniff

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Jilli, not that you'll be buying it, but how much give would the skirt waistband have? (It's 2" smaller than the jacket.)

Or would you only be wearing the jacket?

I am looking at ebay for entertainment, but it is failing me.

If I only had a brain...

Search for "graydog".

Yeah, I'd only be wearing the jacket. And you're right, I'm not bidding on it. But still! Thierry Mugler suit.

brillig

I am where old cars go to die. When they leave me for good, it's generally as donor bits to other cars.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Urg. I just got back from running some errands and...

I understand that sometimes dogs get loose and that they can be tricksy and cunning. However, the neighborhood near my work has loose dogs all over the place. Sweet big dogs. Yesterday there was a beautiful lab outside in the rain and the cold just wandering around. I'd met this dog the week before when he was pointing at bosses little dog as if he were going to retrieve him and I had to run pretty black lab off. I felt horrible. This morning, and a few other mornings, there's been a young cute German shepherd running around in the street, and he's just young and curious enough to get run over.

But this afternoon during errands I was livid. Georgeous red hound dog in the middle of the main road. 18 wheelers were honking at him. I know he was scared. I literally could not watch, had to pull over to put my hands over my eyes until he'd reached the median. I felt bad about just leaving him and driving back to work because I just knew he'd be back out in the street.

People, if you can't stop the dog from digging his way out of the yard, keep him in the house, or send him to live with people who don't live in the city.
