I may be a scary hippie freak at times, but I always figured my colon didn't need any help doing its job. Alas, I have friends who like to share their enthusiasm about this stuff too. Yuck.
It has always worked for me in the past to down gallons of water and lots of Vit C for a few days to get rid of lingering germs. It has just been so crazy around here that I haven't been dedicated to taking care of myself.
Also sadly, usually at this time of year I have thousands of oranges and grapefruit to eat and juice. The hurricanes stripped all the baby fruit off my trees. I only have one tree with oranges and no grapefruit at all. I had even bought a new canning pot and lots of jars in anticipation of putting up my citrus this year.
Sad about the no-citrus. One of my favorite things about living here...friends have assloads and share.

Pictures from Michigan: [link] MANY Emeline pictures!
P-C, man, you have a great smile!
Oh, and don't you just LOVE my finger in the picture?! I'm so terrible about that. You'd think I could keep my finger out of the lense's way!
Ooops, and I meant to say that vw has a LOVELY finger....
Clearly Emeline is the star of the slideshow, but vw, you look lovely. Did you get your hair done?
The second picture of Aimee putting on her makeup should be framed.
Did you get your hair done?
I got it cut and colored right before Emily's birthday party. I love it. Thank you!

Absolutely! And with that shirt she's wearing, it's just priceless!
P-C has a beautiful smile in that picture Steph linked to. Emily looks utterly besotted by Emmaline. Aimee is just amazing, and beautiful. Wow. So foamy!
