I'm up, but I'm not awake. Must get in shower. Must go to classes. This is going to be a very long day.

Oh, thank GOD! My car wasn't towed. I was certain it was towed because of the snow emergency, but it wasn't. This absolutely makes my day. Of course, it's going to be much fun to dig out, but still. IT'S NOT TOWED!

yay for vw's car not being towed.

jealous of BT's foot care. I went to the orthopedic nurse, who was like, "here's a photocopy with stretches. do them. get some heel cups. no, we won't give them to you- buy them at CVS." Gee, thanks lady.

jobma for Karl!!!!!!!

I don't even know what I'm going to do with myself with that much unexpected time off!

DUDE. May I suggest a trip to Lush? In Boston? Hey now!

These two things are probably connected - I suspect whoever would have done the towing wasn't about to dig you out to do so.

We have snow emergency parking bans in Salem, but the side streets never get the cars towed away, because the plows just bury them instead.

On a related note, our parking area finally got plowed yesterday, and I managed to dig my car out. Just in time for more snow. Oh well, the one good thing about this storm is the snow was light - 38" of wet, sloppy snow would have been a nightmare (not that 38" of light snow was a picnic).

The status is NOT quo.

Yay billytea for foot treatment, Australia Day, and flirtage with a woman! Sad about the bad dreams, of course. Missing you, too.

Stupid snow!
Yes, stupid snow. One more day in June. t thwaps head against wall

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Many hoorays to billytea, for the fireworks and the foot and especially for someone taking note of how spectacularly worth talking to you are.

And oh, I am so sorry for the nightmares. Memo to bt's subconscious: Enough already. BACK OFF. Give him some proper dreams, with flying echidnas or something, dammit.

Hil! Pass with distinction! Awesome! Congratulations on the well deserved grade. What field do you want to specialize in (she asks, as if she retains enough of her rusty math education to understand the answer).

Extra strength job~ma for Karl.

Yay for billytea's Australia Day goodness. Sounds snazzy. Sorry about the dream, I wish I had some advice for not getting those, or even for dealing with them. But, hey, fireworks! Conversation! Pain reduction! All yay worthy.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Thanks!

Combinatorics. I haven't really figured out anything more specific than that, though.
