Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Sunil! Congratulations on the article. Even I could understand it.

Now, listen to me and stay far, far away from the pyramid scheme. Enthusiasm does not put food in your belly or pay your rent.

connie! I'm going to be in SLC in May--the 18th through the 21st I believe. (The info is at work and hasn't been entered into my iPaq yet.)

Edited to send insane amounts of perfect job~ma Karl's way.

Mostly lurking...

I totally skipped...215 messages, I think. I may try to go back and catch up tomorrow, but I'm not making any promises.

What a day! My first flight went dandy. We even got in to LGA early enough that I thought I might make the 6pm flight to Boston. Unfortunately, it was totally full, so I couldn't. That was ok. I could wait for the 7pm. Only the 7pm quickly turned into 7:45pm...8:15pm...8:35pm...8:54pm... 9:30pm...10:05pm. We finally landed in Boston around 11pm. I'm exhausted...and FURIOUS with the gate agents for American Airlines. But, that's another story for another day.

I'm home. The best roommate in the world has fixed me some tea. And, I must get to bed soon since classes start tomorrow. I'm supposed to take an exam tomorrow too, but we'll see if I'm up to that in the morning.

By then my car might be reliable again. The town I live in is about half an hour out of Salt Lake at Western speeds (70 mph, it's not just a good idea, it's essential if you don't want to be run over by a woman in her minivan listening to seven shrieking children).

Do you know amyparker, my sister who lives in Salt Lake proper? And why are you going to be here? That's probably the perfect time, spring temperatures, still enough snow in the mountains to be pretty.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Anyone still awake?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Didn't think so.
