I'm all up in the law now, but damn it feels good to get my violence on.

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I had the plantar fasciitis many moons ago, and my doc recommended orthotic inserts - these were custom made. Took a few weeks to a month for things to really stop hurting, but stop hurting it did - they worked great and I still use the orthotics (well, I've replaced them a few times). That might be worth looking into - the cost may be covered by health insurance (cause the custom made ones are expensive, $400.00 Canadian the last time I replaced them).

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

I use the custom orthotics for bunions. The only problem is that some shoes don't fit with the orthotics in them and I don't want to wear shoes without the inserts. My feet used to hurt all the time, but now I can stand and walk around without pain. The cost is worth it.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I can only imagine the pain of PF and hope that I never experience it firsthand.

It's very cold out but we snuggled down for a two hour nap this morning AIWFG!

Generalized work-ma~ for my DH, please. Something he has been predicting will go wrong, and he has been trying to convince the co they need to fix ( use precious dollars for infastructure) has happened. he can't even be there do to needeing to fly to a client. Luckily someone else is in town that can pay attention to the problem. But Matt doesn't need any fallout to hit him. Thankyou

We're saving those for the afternoon snack. I think we'll have turkey with Monteray Jack cheese and tomatoes for lunch.

I wish I'd had time for breakfast, but I got up late, again, and had to run out the door. I even bought cereal, milk and fruit last night.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I had an English muffin.

Lunch will be a turkey sandwich...and Sun Chips!
