If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Morning all.

Out last night with some good friends. I guess it's been several weeks since I really went out drinking, but by the time I got home I was plastered. Took off my boots and my jeans and slept on the couch.

All better now, though. Just back from a looong romp in the snow with the dog. It's freaking gorgeous outside. Not too too cold, except when the wind hits. Which, this being Chicago and me being just off the lake, happens quite a bit. Supposed to be gale winds this afternoon.

I have coffee, but I'm making sweet tea because I woke up craving it.

The status is NOT quo.

Happy Birthday, Andi!

Mmm, coffee.

I have had coffee and now have a decision to make: work first or gym first? gym first or work first?

Happiest of days, Windsparrow!

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Sparky, I usually do the gym at the first notice of motivation to do so, because it will be damn hard to ever get back, and I'll keep pushing the gym off until later, until it is too late.

Wish I'd done that yesterday. My abs is hurty.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Yes. We've just finished cleaning up the blood.

It still shouldn't have done that. I paired off all the tags and everything. Argh.

I live in coastal, southeastern CT. We're the temperate ones normally. TWO FEET OF SNOW?!? WTF?

Lilty, you're probably right. I should have gone to the gym yesterday morning to stick to my self-imposed schedule, so I'd better do that while I am somewhat willing.

Kristin, um, maybe you should stop thinking like an adult and get in touch with your inner child:

SNOW FORT!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm trying to decide what sort of grocery shopping to do. I need to get some food. It's snowing, and the snow is supposed to just get worse. So I'm trying to decide if I want to just get enough stuff at the local tiny overpriced grocery store to get me though a few days, walk to the overpriced supermarket to get some actual vegetables and stuff (assuming they have anything other than tomatoes in stock, which is kind of a crap shoot), or take a cab to Whole Foods, where I know they'll have actual vegetables and enough other stuff to last me the week, but where I might end up taking long enough that there'll be lots of snow and no cabs when I'm done.

Hmm. Reading that over, I'm noticing a theme of "overpriced." I think I'm going to go with local grocery store -- less chance of having to walk too far in the snow, and they've usually got at least salad greens.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

It still shouldn't have done that. I paired off all the tags and everything. Argh.

See explanation in BBB. I can understand WHAT did it (Lee, what browser/OS combo are you on?), but warn all that I'm exhausted and thus explanations make Very Little Sense outside my head.

But the upshot is, once all the markup was on one line inside the quick-edit line, it took care of the problem.
