Yep - that's what i did. I guess my strainer will be well used this week.
ION, I'm feeling very pleased with myself this morning. I've already walked the dogs and cleaned out/organized out bedroom closet, the hallway closet, and the under-the-sink space in the guest bathroom.
This leaves only the garage and Joe's office left to be taken care of. Those are both normally "his" areas, so we will see whether my compulsive need to have the house in order wins out over my lack of interest in digging through piles of tools/sports equipment/Army stuff/computer stuff.

The living room ceiling is done. I also made a (supposedly) quick trip to Home Despot to get more ceiling paint, as the stuff doesn't go nearly as far as I thought. The number of people at HD was staggering--most of them were buying snow shovels. Honestly, folks. You should get that stuff
before
the snow starts.
