You know, I just... I woke up, and I looked in the mirror, and I thought, hey, what's with all the sin? I need to change. I'm... I'm dirty. I'm, I'm bad with the... sex and the envy and that, that loud music us kids listen to nowadays.

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

No offense taken from this corner. It can be a big old bitch.

I'm a scaredy-cat.

It is funny, though, when my sister (mother to a 3-month old infant and a 2.5 year old hellion) asks me how I'm doing, I very carefully do not mention being tired in any way. Because of the 10 minutes of laughing that will come from the other end of the line.

I love my niece and nephew, and am happy there are so many people who want to raise the next generation, so I'll quietly support that without becoming a parent. Yay for parents who aren't me! Bless you all, for real.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oooopphhhhh! Seanie! How are you?

(eta: And Cindy and Susan!) (Also, yeah, I will get to the email tomorrow. I could lie and say I would try today but I'm not gonna. Lie. Or try. I know my limits and it would be false advertising.) (Enjoy the Baby Bel, Susan.)

Understatement of the millennium.
I am now intrigued by something I have no clue about. Unsurprisingly, this happens kinda a lot. I see people that I like react and wonder what made them do that "music screech and look back" thing.

I have two gay men coming to stay at my house in a few hours. And a third stopping by for drinks before dinner. Am I cleaning? Redecorating? Painting the house in a warmer shade? No. I am with ma Bitches. They'll understand, right?

I can't even.

Hi everyone.

Hi Cass! Glad to see your electrons.

They'll understand, right?

Eep! Um, they'll be nice right? (Aren't they family?)

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Oooopphhhhh! Seanie! How are you?

I'm okay. Broke most of the time, but okay.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I hate to see Susan beating herself up because she's getting more done than I am and I don't have a small child.

Cass! I hope you're starting to feel better. We missed you.

Cass, glad you're here and mostly okay!

Off to Mother/Son Sports Night at the elementary school. Oh, the joy.

Now tagless for your comfort.

It is funny, though, when my sister (mother to a 3-month old infant and a 2.5 year old hellion) asks me how I'm doing, I very carefully do not mention being tired in any way. Because of the 10 minutes of laughing that will come from the other end of the line.

The sense of humor is what gets us through, Nora. Hee.

Cindy, backflung!

{{{{Cass}}}} Hiya!

Off to make dinner--now that we have ACTUAL food in the house.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart
