We now have the kind of winter weather I like. A little snowy, highs in the 20s, very little wind. This is right and proper and good.

However, my face still fucking hurts. This is annoying. Last night in rehearsal, the woman playing Mistress Overdone and I sat and compared notes (she broke her nose and had to have surgery right before Christmas). It's very nice to have someone to swap stories with, especially someone who has a fucked-up sense of humor.

I was thinking about the plushy bacteria, but they aren't really baby safe.

The ones we have say they're safe as long as you remove the tags. Annabel plays with ebola and the common cold on a regular basis.

Annabel woke up 5 (five!) times in the night, but at least this time all it took to get her back to sleep was sticking a pacifier in her mouth and patting her soothingly a few times. I'll be glad when she's over this cold.

I'm over at our CBS office today (everyone in my department has to be cross-trained at both offices so we can all fill in for each other), but there's not much for me to do. So far I've watched my two co-workers do stuff, submitted one research form, and went across the street to get coffee. Soon it will be time for lunch.
