Everybody dies, Tracey. Someone's carrying a bullet for you right now, doesn't even know it. The trick is to die of old age before it finds you.

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Speaking of pink, today I'm wearing a gorgeous dark pink silk sash as a belt. It's tied in a bow just off center to the right. I feel like a wrapped girly gift AIFG.

Now tagless for your comfort.

GC, I was thinking the same thing.

I've considered coloring my hair black, but I'm afraid it would wash me out. I may try for a dark chestnut next month and see how dark I can go. I'm in desparate need for color since my gray is now multiplying.

I can never get wigs on properly. I have technical difficulties when it comes to making all my hair fit under them.

Crown braid it, french instead of dutch, pin back the bangs.

It's the only way I've ever managed wigs with longer hair.

since my gray is now multiplying.

Is it up to the nines yet, Cashmere?

All is well that ends in pizza.

Deena:

I always thought raw milk tasted a little funny, but I learned to make butter from my grandmother.

Hmmm, I've head of making butter from milk, and occasionally from tigers chasing around a tree...

It's scary that my hair is doing MATH.

Yeah, but is it coming up with the right answer? It really makes a difference with gray hair.

I know what that means, but I can't actually do it.

It's pretty easy to pick up. Have I pointed you to the braiding website yet?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

After my mom had chemo, she couldn't wear perfume anymore.

The first 10 days after every chemo treatment, everything smelled funny. It was worse at the beginning--bad enough that, weirdly, regular coffee smelled bad, but I dug out some flavored coffee that someone had given me and that I normally would have hated, and it was okay. Fortunately, that effect went away. Taking coffee away from me would have been too cruel.

I have some work I need to do that I just saw in the last day or so, but the papers involved have gotten up on tiny paper feet and wandered away. It's very annoying and it's going to be even more annoying if I have to ask the client to send them again.
