AmyLiz, I got a very similar e-mail supposedly from PayPal. it was phishing also and I reported it to Paypal.
You guys are good. I thought it had to be phony, but as snopes says, it looks pretty damn eBay-ish. I never give out any of that info when someone comes looking for it, so that's a good thing.
