I feel your pain. I've replaced two heating and cooling systems over the years, with the last round including new ductwork. It's a very boring way to spend money, but at least a new high-efficiency furnace will save you some on utility bills.

Thanks, Ginger. I'm not sure when I'll know for sure -- last time, I think it took a week, but last time there were a total of 21 exams, and this time there are just 3. I'm hoping to know by Tuesday, but no one's told me anything for sure.
