It's a nice, small, one bedroom house, sort of the size of a large 1 bed room apartment. Grandma E is going to tell her landlady I'm interested when she tells them she's moving. Her rent is really low, very low, so there's no way they are going to keep the rent at what it is, but I might be able to afford it if the rent doesn't go up too much. because the utlities are cheap as well.
