Wesley: We were fighting on opposite sides, but it was the same war. Fred: but you hated her…didn't you? Wesley: It's not always about holding hands.

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

{{Gud}} I am so sorry. I hope you have a good lunch with the MIL.

{{P-C}} What everyone else said.

{{Deena}} Just cuz you're huggable and I felt like it.

vw! Yay!!!! So glad it's working out.

"me" time

What is this you speak of? Do you count time to cook/clean/laundry/pay bills me time? Even when not in school, my "me" time is limited. Work 9-7 most days. Get home around 7:45. Cook dinner. Eat. Clean kitchen. Pick up house. Get lunch ready for next day. Then, it's about time for bed and start all over.

I need a wife.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I know I embarked on many adventures thinking "if nothing else, it will make a good story", but do I have the stories? my youth was apparently a lot more wasted than I thought.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I need a wife.

I have one AIFG!

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

What is this you speak of? Do you count time to cook/clean/laundry/pay bills me time?

Ah, see, I don't do those things. So the me time is enhanced.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

Get home around 7:45. Cook dinner. Eat. Clean kitchen. Pick up house. Get lunch ready for next day. Then, it's about time for bed and start all over.

My evenings? Get home at 5:30. Cook frozen dinner. Eat. Watch movies. Chat on internet. Weekends are for cleaning.

I can't even.

I know I'm not the only one here willing to admit youthful indiscretions.

I think I've blanked out most of the really painful or self-destructive stuff ... there was the time we scammed lights from the film department and floodlit the entire residence quad in order to play some football at 2am one night. Some of the stuff we did no one even talked to us about, like "leaner" wars so serious that water was dripping down on people two floors below.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Weekends are for cleaning.

And if you accept dust bunnies as the ultimate low-maintenance pet, weekends don't often have to be.

I've been known to not clean my apartment for a month. Sure I'll pick stuff up here and there, but deep cleaning? Yeah right.

Coding and Sleeping

My day is like: get up at 6:00am, try to exercise if son doesn't wake up. Get the kids lunches ready, maybe have breakfest, clean up. Go to work, no lunch break. Get home, take over kid care and cook dinner (most nights). Continue kid care until 8:00pm bed time which usually lasts until 8:30pm. Clean up dishes and messes in kitchen. Some nights involve a grocery trip, others are cleaning, the church website, or other projects. Go to bed around 10:30 to 11:00pm
