Jessica is wise beyond her years.
Funny that you should say this, because the stylist who just cut my hair said that it made me look "20 years younger." (To which I responded, "I hope not," as I have no real desire to look 6 years old.)
But the new cut is kicky and fun, and there will be pictures, probably not tonight, but definitely over the weekend.
MM- That's IT.
Here to help, ma'am. Here to help.
The Eggplant I got to wear with all my purple clothes (of which I have a lot) looks weird. Might be just too different from my natural color, I'm not sure.
Try the Fig. It seems to go well with almost everything.
Aromaleigh stopped working for me when I got pregnant. Which, in retrospect, should have been my first clue. However, all I knew was that my skin was acting wonky and disliking my foundation. I hope to be able to go back to it later this year.
I always think you should find the lipstick shades you like, and ignore any nonsense about makeup trends and seasonal colors. If plum lipstick looks good on you, wear it.
I think this, too. The only time I'll ever get trend-conscious about lipstick is the shine/matte/glimmer aspect, and then, only because I think I look dated enough. An awful lot of lipsticks bother my lips though. They peel, something fierce, and I have decent lips, so I only wear it most occasionally.
Miracleman, how is the cutest new baby in the world?

THis why I love Burt's Bees. It's lip balm with color. I'll keep a look out for Fig.
The thing about calling and asking how much a hair cut will cost always throws me because I have to squelch the "OMIGOD!!! you charge HOW much???" reaction and be all polite and say, that why, no I don't want to make an appointment.
That's the beauty of the phone call, though, askye. Sure, in person you have to pretend to be all suave and whatnot, but on the phone you can just say "Aaack!" and hang up.
Cleolinda got mail from Andrew Lloyd Webber's Truly Useful production company about her Phantom in 15 Minutes. They said they laughed themselves sick.
