Fred: So you don't worry that it's possible for someone to send out a biological or electronic trigger that effectively overrides your own sense of ideals and values and replaces them with an alternative coercive agenda that reduces you to a mindless meat puppet? Shopkeeper: Wow. People used to think that I was paranoid.

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I think I'm a little hurt that whatever my tagline is, or when I change it, it's invisible to P-C.

It is? Have you changed it since I got back? I didn't bother announcing all the ones changed during my stint in India, and I may miss ones changed in this week, especially if they were changed once already, since I haven't had time to get acquainted with the new state of things. I'm sorry if I've missed one, and I promise you it's nothing personal.

That being said, beathen has a new tag. And hey, I managed to make it on the 2004 list without even being here for over three months, so I think I can make the top 20 again. Probably not as high a spot, though.

My bank account is higher than expected. Huh. I forgot to take into account my very last stipend payment. I think I might not get a part-time job after all, because that twenty hours a week can go towards finishing my Master's on time, cause if I don't, I'm pretty certain that paying for the spring term would cost more than the less than two thousand I'd make from a job at Potbelly.

I have no delusions of Cinderellahood.

So the odds of getting you to clean my house are pretty low, then. Crap.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

So the odds of getting you to clean my house are pretty low, then. Crap.

Once the ball was done, Cinderella was never gonna do that for you anyway.

The status is NOT quo.

Snow.

Again.

That is all.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I put on socks, and the bank let me pay bills.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Surely it's more likely that you meet Santa on a corner in a bad neighborhood and hand him a briefcase full of unmarked bills.

Thank you, Ginger, for making me laugh out loud.

In other news, Harry Connick, Jr., will be getting a 7 and a Half Cent Raise: [link]

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Harry Connick, Jr. will be getting a 7 and a Half Cent Raise:

Squee! I love that musical!

Hey, there was the brief, halcyon time between the ball and when the Prince showed up with the slipper.

Because books.

I'm trying to decide if it's worth going out in the crappy rain to take DH's shirts to the cleaners.

Baby wrangling in the rain sucks. I'm just sayin'.

And I have a new tag, too.

Even though I'm kind of apathetic about it.

Yeah, here too. And Kristin has a new tag.

And I have a new tag, too.

Like I said, I didn't bother announcing ones that changed while I was gone. I did notice and recognize it, though.

I have this weird feeling Beth has a newer new tag, but I might just be going nuts. I need to fill out the bloody FAFSA.
