Yes, Deb looked wonderful. I adore the hair color. In the past I have liked the slightly burgundy look, but this warm chestnut is really great. Brings out her glow.

I know nothing about Ms. Murphy, so if people hate her, and so hate her hair, that's okay. It doesn't affect me. I like the hair. Of course, my hair is dark brown, so it would be like a photo negative of that hair (I will want highlights, too).

Now I have to figure out how/when/where to make the appointment. If Denise is still out on maternity leave, I want Cathy, but Lisa always answers the phone, and although I'm Denise's long-term client, I ended up with Lisa the last couple of times, because I couldn't get Denise when I needed her. So now, it's okay for me to go back to Denise (and I would), or use Lisa (which I'd rather not, because she's too new-to-me to trust her with such a big change, although she seems to give decent cut). Why oh why must Lisa always answer the phone? Why oh why is switching stylists in a shop, able to make me feel like an adulteress?

Not if it involves Mary Kay, though.
