I walk. I talk. I shop, I sneeze. I'm gonna be a fireman when the floods roll back. There's trees in the desert since you moved out. And I don't sleep on a bed of bones.

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Need description of hair, please.

More brown, less red. A little longer than chin length with flippy layers. Side part with layered bangs sweeping across forehead. Very chic and young looking.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Yah, David did me up wonderfully.

Cindy, we TiVod and will undoubtedly down load to tape. No prob.

The makeup artist from Benefit was amazing, as well. Plei would have salivated all over her toolkit.

Talking about a brilliant hair colour, JZ's is gorgeous.

And no, that wasn't Drew - I think that was Graham the colourist.

Now tagless for your comfort.

That bag? One third of the $1500 clothing budget.

So. worth it, really. It is a fabulous bag.

Very chic and young looking.

Yes. YES!

I just made my to-do list for the day. Since there are 23 items on it, I supposed I should get to it instead of playing on the Internet and hitting refresh every 30 seconds on FedEx's website.

Owen and I have a to-do list, also. It involves going to buy a large bag of dog food, cat food, going to the embroiderers, and possibly stopping by Trader Joe's since we're out of milk.

But in order to do that, I'm going to have to shower and get dressed first. And then there's Owen's lunch. Might have to take care of these things after that.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

I made pumpkin bread for the first time last night and am eating it now. AIFG!!!

That sounds yummy. I made curry and banoffie pie for dinner and dessert last night.

We will be in Michigan Jan 20 - Feb 6.

Would you guys like more company? I haven't visited any of my relatives out MI way for a while. My aunt is in Jackson and that's a mere hop-skip-jump to AA.

I know beathen and shrift were also talking of converging, and DebetEsse as well, though I don't know when. We could have a big party thing where I don't get any work done.

PARTY!

Welcome back P-C! Now that I know you're back it's time to change the tag soon! :)

I could spend that kind of money on a bag as long as it's someone else's money.

Not that I could buy a $500 bag now. But if I could, I probably would. I have a purse thing. And a shoe thing. It's not a good combination on my budget.

If money were no object, I would. I buy at least one new bag a year. Sometimes two. One day and one evening. Also, one summer and one winter. I'm a bag buying fool.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

I would never object to someone else buying me a $500 bag, but I treat purses roughly, so it'd be a waste. I'll get one (cheap, usually at work), fill it with all the garbage imaginable, get it dirty, then move on, moving only things like the wallet, checkbook, and iPod into the next.

My floor is a graveyard of murdered handbags, filled with receipts, half empty tins of mints, and lip glosses.

Speaking of, time to clean.

Because books.

I have a purse thing.

If I was spending someone else's money, I'd buy a $500 bag -- but only if I looooved it and thought I'd use it forever. I have a purse thing, too -- and I always buy at least two a year.
