Anya, the Shopkeepers of America called. They wanted me to tell you that 'please go' just got replaced with 'have a nice day.'

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Count me in on the insomnia. I had a two hour nap this afternoon. I needed it then, but am paying for it now.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

I'm trying to psyche myself for a three-hour nap Sunday night being all I get until Monday afternoon.

That doesn't sound fun, Deb. I hope you can get some extra sleep on Saturday and Sunday.

Tomorrow is a major, major cleanup. That includes going early to Home Depot and buying a power washer for my very own. The front steps, thanks to the heavy rains, are all algaed again. That must change tomorrow. Also, clean the living bejesus out of the rest of the house - I mean, man, this is live television, eleven million viewers or thereabouts.

Sunday is all day pampering and shopping, which will be fun, but which - alas - does not include nap time.

And I'll still be doing better than, say, Graham, who will not bother going to bed Sunday night.

I should take some meds and flop. Flopping is good.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Good morning all. Glad most of you are doing well, thoughts to those who are not.

Deb, I had dinner with Roz last night (as well as a bunch of livejournal people) and we wandered around Camden Town together. She says hello; we spoke of you briefly. I didn't realise you'd told her to watch out for me. ::grin::

I've got a couple recent pictures of me if you've happened to forget what my face looks like. Or wondered how I look ensnared in a winter coat. No new haircuts or hair anything, really--my hair has actually gotten quite long.

Steph, new broadband? Exciting! Here's hoping you use AIM more so I can talk to you.

And let me reiterate how weirdly cool I find it that this is the second day in a row the guy in the town crier's outfit has sat near me in the internet cafe. Today he kind of rumbled at me in an old smoker's voice. Hee.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Cass - get some sleep . Things won't be better , but they will have their place
Got some sleep. That beth, she is wise. Thanks for everyone getting me through yesterday. I'm going to go make some coffee and see about facing the day. I need to make sure I have all of my paperwork together for tomorrow. Nap later.

To clarify something I mentioned yesterday. I am writing in LJ but it is totally and completely locked. Just a place for me to actually be able to put some of the things that I both can't bear to say but need to say.

It's not raining at this exact moment. Sadly, that *is* news. That I don't expect to last.

This is a great image. As were the pictures! Thanks.

Hec, are you being evil? Or, more precisely, were you evil much much earlier?

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

{{{Cass}}} That sucketh mightily, oh yes it does. Please don't hesitate to come here when you need help or just to vent. I've felt funny about doing so in the past, but in the end, I was always so glad that I did. Also, insent.

Hec is a freak, yo. He really did call me at 7 a.m. this morning, which is the insane hour of 4 a.m. where he lives. I grumbled and muttered at him, he heckled me, and I went back to sleep for 2 more hours.
