Jayne: Yeah, that was some pretty risky sittin' you did there. Wash: That's right, of course, 'cause they wouldn't arrest me if we got boarded, I'm just the pilot. I can always say I was flying the ship by accident.

Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

brillig

I am so damned grateful to be able to ride the bus to work, with a one-block walk at either end.

It's been snowing steadily here since last night, and it looks like we'll be getting flurries the rest of the week.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

My daughter was the mellowest girl-baby to ever walk. Placid, calm, damned near Zen. That lasted until she was about seventeen, and then all hell broke loose for two gruesome years.

Maria, we've had three audits. No biggie, really, other than annoying and nervous-making.

Heading out shortly. I spent a charming day with Libkitty and I would very much like the weather to lighten the hell up now.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

getting mine didn't hurt much, but the itching as it heals drove me bat shit.

This was me. I was very good about not scratching, but I must have looked like a freak and a half the way I was smacking myself in the chest all the time.

Kristin, the tat is lovely!

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

My prom date and his wife just had a baby girl. I feel like I should feel so old.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I feel like I should feel so old.

You are some ancient thing of like...24, right?

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Well. Yes. But now people are having babies on purpose, and it's weirding me the hell out!

ETA: In that good, aww she's so cute, I love that name, hey did I mention I can't keep a fish alive kind of way.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Where is the cheesecake? I want cheesecake and pizza.

Hmm, there seems to be a theme to my craving. Calcium? Potassium?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

In my case, it's friends having grandchildren that's weirding me out.
